When you book a stay via hotelribe.dk, you accept the following conditions:
The reservation becomes effective when you receive the confirmation email. The room is then reserved and blocked for other bookings.
The full amount will be charged. 1 month before arrival.
If you have booked more than 1 month before arrival, you will automatically receive a payment link when there is exactly 1 month until arrival.
When booking less than 1 month before arrival, the amount is paid immediately upon receipt of the payment link.
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT.
There is no right of withdrawal according to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, as hotel stays are a time-limited service (cf. the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, section 18, subsection 2, no. 12).
Cancellation and refunds are therefore governed by our cancellation policy below.
You are free to cancel your booking. up to 7 days before arrival.
Upon cancellation later than 7 days before arrival no refund will be given.
In case of no-show without cancellation ("no-show") there is no refund.
If you wish to change your booking (e.g. number of guests, additional services), we will do our best to accommodate changes, depending on availability.
Check-in: from 2:00 p.m.
Check-out: no later than 10.00:XNUMX p.m.
All rooms are smoke-freeViolation will result in a fee for extra cleaning.
Pets are allowed in certain rooms (e.g. room 7 “Tårnborg”). Supplement: 135
Please contact the hotel if you wish to bring pets and the room is not listed as available.
If damage occurs to equipment or facilities as a result of irresponsible behavior, we reserve the right to charge compensation.
You are responsible for your personal belongings during your stay. Hotel Ribe cannot be held responsible for lost items.

We strive to resolve any problems quickly and satisfactorily.
If we cannot find a solution, you as a consumer can file a complaint via:

Hotel Ribe may cancel or change a booking in the event of force majeure, such as fire, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes or other unforeseen events.
In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.
These terms and conditions apply to bookings made on hotelribe.dk.
When booking via third-party portals (e.g. Booking.com), their own terms and conditions apply.
